Definition:The Buildings of England:Warwickshire is a series of descriptions, photographs and plans of buildings of architectural importance in Warwickshire. The types of buildings covered range from country houses and their parks to village churches and garden follies. The descriptions were compiled by Nikolaus Pevsner and Alexandra Wedgwood in the 1960s. The volume also includes a glossary of architectural terms. Pevsner completed similar descriptions of buildings in other English counties. A copy of the volume for Warwickshire is held at the Sites and Monuments Record.
